Title: Log Dish Marked 413 USA

Hi, have this - a Log dish with just a mark of 413 USA, so I do not know what/how/it is?  Or could that just be a mold mark???

I am confused here as I just stumbled upon some other pottery called * SEQUOIA WARE* that seems to be marked, and has a bottom ( :mny: ... lol ) similar to this.

Do you think it might be Sequoia ware? 

I think I might lean (and fall down ...lol... :thd:) to Sequoia ware as I ID, but still not sure...lol
