Very pretty.  Reminds me sort of Wave crest boxes, but not the mark.

I have not idea, but will take a guess DUMMLER & BREIDE, or Meissen....I am not sure, but the others here know MUCH more than I....Much more. 

I just guessed... :-\

Can't find that mark in my books. The decore a la main implies it might be French. The fittings look quite recent (within the last 20 years) , so goodness knows
