Can you help ID this Green Drippy Glaze Trophy shape vase?

Hi Everyone, I would like your expert opinion on this large trophy shaped vase. It measures about 11 inches high. Has this drippy glaze, but only numbers on the base which look like 161 to me.

Hi there --- not sure about it -- but to me the numbers look like *151* on the bottom.  Might it be West Germany (WG) pottery?

I will take a google around too......here

MMMmmmmm not sure about being West German. I saw something simular that said USA on the bottom- anyone recognize this as American??
