Topic: Need help identifying teapot

This is my first time visiting this site and I apologize if I am not posting to the correct area.  I need help in identifiying an Italian teapot that I acquired.  This teapot is either a swan or a goose and is marked Italy and either PV69189 pr PV6Y189.  I just found the piece very interesting and would like to put a name to it.  If you need any more information to identify it please let me know.  K

a picture is almost essential in any identification, could you take a picture of the pot itself, and another of the base, and we will see if we can help.
