Marked 2071 on the base, no other marks. I thought maybe Minton & Hollins but base doesn't seem right for that. I've been searching everywhere from Linthorpe, Ault, Christopher Dresser, Wardle, and others. Maybe i'm in the wrong country? Belgium did cross my mind but again base seems wrong for that. It's pretty mucky on the base so might be old. It lacks any kind of crazing, which i would expect there to be on a candle holder. It looks like a quality piece, German perhaps? Hmmm.
