W. Geramany Vase - Plain
« on: August 29, 2008, 07:53:51 AM »
Hi, I call this plain, well cuz it is compared to what I have seen of others.  I bought it still for only .50 cents, as they had a one dollar on it, but reduced it to half price....so I purchased it  ;D

If anyone can tell me about it, that would be great....and it does appear to be <yawns> very plain.  Does that reflect on what it is?  Of course, the more decorated ones are going to be worth more, but I thought that (sorta) all W. German pottery was a bit (of demand) for collectors.

Also -- just what do the numbers at the bottom mean?

Is this worth anything at all, and can anyone tell me the year made?

TIA :)

I think the 227 is the model number and 18 is the height in cm Rose, but someone will correct me if I'm wrong. :)
Cheers!

This is a Scheurich piece.

Gee thank you Orpheus, and Anne.

Is Scheurich good?  And any date on when made?

TIA  :)
