What is this called, maybe early staffordshire?

Very small like a small chamber pot a look of early staffordshire think i saw somewhere might be called a vomit pot? although unsure. Would anybody know what its called and by who maybe thankyou. Only 3.5" tall.

I don't think it's as old as it looks, the lettering font looks quite modern and possibly printed, whereas early Staffs would be hand-lettered.

Transfer-printed ware can date to 1780+. The flaw in the glaze (looks like a crack) rarely happens like this in modern pottery. The stains on the rim and dirt filled pitting (small holes) suggests to me that it may be more than 100 years old.
