I did wonder if Peru was a clue but the style isn't reminiscent of any of the Peruvian pottery I've looked at, so I'm thinking it may be the pattern name or the studio's name but not in Peru itself.
Datewise, I'd not like to say other than second half of the 20th century onwards in my opinion.
I could be way off base though, and others will know more than me I'm sure.
