Hand Painted Nippon mark
« on: May 25, 2009, 03:44:36 PM »
I'm having difficulties identifying the manufacturer of this Nippon bowl. It looks like a nut dish or master salt or something.

I can't find your mark either TC, but I did findf an interesting article on what Nippon porcelain actually is, which I'll add here for reference in case others like me didn't know. :) http://www.bukisa.com/articles/96_nippon-porcelain-identifying-the-fakes (it's about fake marks but has lots of info in about the real ones too.)
Cheers!
