I'm not sure but the letters seem hebrew to me, anyone knows more about this nice piece.

The shape, lustre & colour looks a bit similar to some Belgium vases I've seen.

I translate via internet the hebrew characters and it means: deer, ram or could be a name of a person: ayle. Didn't get me a bit further but I think it's from Israel (maybe because of the rocket shape).
