If you are using a shared PC make sure you log out at the end of your session. This protects your account privacy and especially important if you use a PC in a public library or an internet cafe.

I'm thinking, based on the pictures that:
a) It dates from 1891 - 1917
b) Probably 1913 (based on the 13 impressed into the bottom) and
c) it was purchased from the shop in Vienna as it says "Imperial Vienna".
