Topic: Help -- To figure out marks...POT

Hi I have this.  It appears that this is signed with what looks like to me like VT....but do not know who that is.  It also has another mark, but the glaze has flowed into that, so it is difficult to read.  I will post that in another post, so that I can get the full benefit to enlarge (for your viewing pleasure) in order to try to figure this other mark out....OK.  Bigger, sometimes is better....   For this YES.

Looks like to me like (as I go cross-eyed  )

ANTIC_M_O   or maybe there is a letter in front, like _ANTIC_M_O.....and I am not sure of these.....well, when I Zoom in pic here, I think the ANTIC are correct, as they are like fat, or wide letter...not normal lettering...

 

First one that gets it -- wins a *MILLION   DOLL-HAIRS*  (ha, ha - it does NOT say *Dollars*)....$$$$$$$$$$$$

Try powdering its bottom and see if the letters show up better, Rose.

I do not think that will work Anne -- as the glaze has filled in the letters so much -- but I can still try it....never say never    lol.     Will do....

still trying to figure this out too...(new pixs under bright light..)  Not sure if helps anymore than the last pic.  I thought it looks like ANTIC_ MAN.  One pic shows like there may be something before it too ___ANTIC_ MON (??).  Between the two words it looks like some sort of symbol (maybe)..

Anyone see anything? ( I put 3 pixs here, cuz each shows a little something different...)
