Pretty Vase -- dated 1977

Hi I bought this recently.  It is 8.5 inches tall, and about 6 inches wide.  I think it is pretty.  It has either a HC or a KC (or something else) on the bottom.  There is also the date of 1977, therefore making it 33 years old.  Any ideas?

The vase looks more 1877 than 1977,IMHO,
