Bowl by F. Harris???...

Hi all! I bought this because it matches the M.C.C bottle vase I have. Lovely bowl measures about 14cm high and 21cm in dia. I think the signature reads F. Harris but it is cursive which I have troubling reading at the best of times! Does anyone know or heard of this potter? There was another piece at the charity shop by the same person but that was sold a couple of days ago. Any help would be appreciated.  ;D
